Payment methods 

1. Payment by credit card 

Customers can pay directly by credit card during the ordering process. 
Once the payment has been successfully completed, the order is automatically confirmed. 

2. Prepayment by invoice (bank transfer)

If the customer chooses to pay in advance by invoice, our customer service team will send an official pro forma invoice by email once the order has been confirmed. 

The order will be processed as soon as the full amount has been transferred to our bank account.

Delivery Method 

All orders are dispatched via trusted external logistics partners. 

Delivery time 

• Orders are usually dispatched during 2 – 3 working days after payment confirmation.

• The standard delivery time within United Kingdom is usually 3 working days after dispatch. 

Delivery charges 

• Free delivery on orders £100 and above (net). 

• For orders under £100, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout depending on the delivery address and parcel size.
